Solar panels on our sugarhouse help offset our carbon footprint, while state-of the-art sugaring tech greatly reduces our energy use. Our wood-fired evaporator is fed with timber from our own sustainably managed sugarbush—carefully harvested to promote an old growth forest that is healthy and diverse. Scrag Mtn Maple syrup is truly single source: sap from our trees, boiled with wood from our land, and bottled right here on our farm.
